Where is your work created?
Liz Kelly Zook paintings are created at her in home studio in Tennessee, 

Do I have to pay local taxes?
​Taxes on paintings are currently added into the price of the painting. This is subject to change at any time.

How do I return my order?

There is no return option for paintings at this time.

How do I track my order?

All United States orders are sent via USPS Ground Shipping. Using your tracking number, which can be found in your Shipping Confirmation email, you can track your package on the USPS website. 

I have not received a confirmation email after placing my order, has it gone through?

Hey Lizzy Scarves FAQ

Where are your scarves manufactured?
Hey Lizzy scarves are printed in the United States or Germany and sewn in Liz's studio in the United States, 

Do you have a gift service?

Hey Lizzy accessories are the perfect gift for any occasion! All gifts can be beautifully gift wrapped for an additional $10, which includes tissue paper and gift bag. If you wish I can also include a personalized hand written gift card, which will be included in the package. 

Do I have to pay local taxes?

Orders are subject to Tennessee state taxes. For now, taxes are included in the price of the scarves/accessories. This is subject to change without notice at any time.

How do I return my order?

We offer a 14 day returns policy. Please email liz@lizkellyzook.com for return information

How do I track my United States order?

All United States orders are sent via USPS Ground Shipping. Using your tracking number, which can be found in your Shipping Confirmation email, you can track your package on the USPS website. 

How long does it take to get a refund?

Please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to be received, depending on your payment providers processing times. 

How do I exchange my order?

At this time we do not offer exchanges on purchased products. 

Where do I enter my discount code?

Once you are on the shipping page of the Checkout process, it will allow you to enter your gift card or discount code. 

What is the discount code for my first purchase on Hey Lizzy?

Sign up to the Hey Lizzy newsletter on the Hey Lizzy page to receive 10% off your first purchase.
